This beautiful Kestrel was brought in to the shelter suffering from starvation and dehydration. After falling out of the nest a little early, he was not able to feed himself. With his strong will to survive and after receiving high-calorie supplements with lots of fluids, for treatment, he soon began to gain his strength. We named him 'Karl'.

Soon this lovely little bird will be flying free again. Saved from certain death by caring rescuers and the Wildlife Rehab Shelter. Hopefully, Karl will have a family of his own one day!
